Updated All School Mass ProceduresIn light of the recent events in Missouri, we will be making some changes to our all school mass procedures. Parents you are always welcome to attend our all school masses on Wednesday's. Mass begins at 9am. Students begin to come over to the church around 8:30am to prepare for mass. The church doors will remain locked throughout this time. There will be students opening the doors during this time to let everyone into the building. At 9am we will begin mass. If you wish to attend mass, you will need to arrive before 9am. We will not open the doors once Mass begins. We appreciate your support in the safety of our students, staff and families. | |

Early release days for teacher professional developmentSome of you may have seen that the Archdiocese of Indianapolis received a grant from Eli Lily. Part of this money will be used to fund professional development for our teachers. Due to this opportunity Central Catholic will have some additional early release days for students, so our teachers may attend this professional development. Students will be released at 1:15pm on the following days:
Families, your students will need to be picked up at 1:15pm on these days or if your student is registered for the after school enrichment program they may stay at school to attend this program. We are sharing this information now, so that you make arrangements for your students on these days. Students are expected to attend school on early release days. We do understand this can be a challenge for some families, which is why we are sharing this information with you now. | |
Shadow Opportunity Roncalli is excited to welcome future Royals to campus for the Royal for a Day Program! All shadows will be on an individual basis, with 10 students being able to join us each day. All visits will be on a first-come, first-served basis. | |
Counselors CornerTuesday, September 9, is our first Food Pantry day! We have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, milk and pizzas! Please come to the bright blue tent outside of door # 5 between 2-6 pm. If you are filling your own bag, please arrive early to have time to select the food your family eats. If you asked for a prepacked bag, it will be ready for pickup at the tent! We're looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday! This year we will be putting all the food out on tables and allowing you to fill your own bag. The food pantry will open at 2pm on Tuesday. We will have the cones pulled and you will be able to pull in and park your car for dismissal before filling your bag. Once your bag has been filled, you may return to your cars. Students will be begin to come out of the building at 3:05, we ask during this brief time that you wait in your car for your student. Once your car is dismissed, you may drive around the building and park to fill your food bag if you have not done so. Aftercare food bags. Aftercare pick up is still done at Door 1. If you are picking up your student and you are filling your food bag, you may pick up your student and drive around to park to fill your food bag or you may fill your food bag and then drive around to Door 1 to pick up your student.
